Physique scan
Add context with an optional physique scan.

Privacy & trust
Your body. Your data. Your coach.
Your physique scans and health data coach you — and nothing else. Delete them anytime, and export your Senvera data whenever you want. We never sell your personal data.
How adaptation works
Your last set helps shape your next workout.
Log the weight, reps and how many more reps you could have done. Your coach uses that history, your equipment and today's recovery when planning the next session.
A progression example
You lift 25 lb for 12 reps and have no reps left. Your dumbbells go up in 5 lb steps. The next plan can keep 25 lb and work toward stronger sets before increasing the load. It should not call that set easy or prescribe a weight your gym does not have.
Illustrative scenario, not a customer result. Your next workout depends on your own history and recovery.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
How does Senvera personalize my workouts?
Senvera learns from your body scan, available equipment, recovery, training history, and feedback. The more you use it, the more personalized your coaching becomes.
Do you store my physique scans?
They're stored privately to coach you, and they're yours — delete them anytime, from a single photo up to your whole account. Your data export lists every scan we hold; email [email protected] if you want copies of the image files themselves. We don't sell them.
Can I use Senvera at home?
Yes. Scan whatever you have — a couple of dumbbells or a full garage gym — and every workout is built around it.
Does it work with adjustable dumbbells?
Yes. Senvera recognizes them and programs loads within their range.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. Home, hotel, or commercial gym — Senvera coaches around what you actually have.
Do I need photos or a wearable?
No. Start with your goals, equipment and workout logs. Photos and Apple Health are optional ways to add context.
